About us

Second generation of hoteliers, brothers David and Carlos Garrancho successfully managed their establishments separately until 2014. As a result of their interest in knowing and developing new gastronomic concepts, they joined their professional paths by forming Grupo Garrancho.
In this way, they laid the foundations for a concept that combines good traditional cuisine and customer service, within a sophisticated and welcoming environment.

The Group continues to grow and advance in innovation, gastronomy, design and technology. Today our premises are references in the main tourist guides. Grupo Garrancho is consolidating itself as one of the main restaurant groups in Donostia/San Sebastián, contributing with its success to the prestige of a markedly gastronomic territory.
