Casa Vergara 1948 has the essence of a traditional restaurant with a renewed image. We have recovered the cod, returning to the origins where the product is the protagonist. The pintxo bar, a hallmark of the Old Part of San Sebastian, is one of the key pieces of this concept built on its most beautiful memories.
The premises, with seventy years of history, has been decorated by the prestigious Lázaro Rosa-Violán studio. The port tradition is very present in each of its corners, those that leave no one indifferent and where new objects are discovered every time you look closely.
